At Drapery Designs, we handle a range of alterations, from draperies to re-upholstery. Below, we’d like to present before and after photos of projects that were recently completed in our workroom.
The first project was a pair of chairs from a club room in Virginia. Their thick cushions were too high, so we lowered them by a few inches. This change made them more comfortable with better proportions.
The second project was a leather bench in a DC restaurant. Our workroom repaired damaged cushions and installed a new plate that effectively conceals seams. This subtle detail enhances both the look and the durability of the bench.
