A custom workroom in Gaithersburg, Maryland — fabricating for interior designers, design firms and commercial projects across the DC metro area and beyond.
Since 2004, our workroom has brought designers’ drawings and original sketches to life: drapery, upholstery, bedding and soft furnishings, fabricated to specification. Alongside our work with interior designers, we take on commercial projects with requirements an off-the-shelf supplier can’t meet.
Who we work with
Two ways to work with our workroom
For interior designers
You hold the relationship and the vision. We handle fabrication — accurately, on schedule, and without ever going around you to your client.
- Start with an RFQ. Send your design and fabric information and we’ll quote from it.
- COM welcome
- Lead times: 5–9 weeks
- Samples and approvals before production
- Trade accounts: resale certificate and vendor references required
For commercial & contract
We work with architects, contractors and facilities teams on projects where specification, scheduling and compliance matter as much as the finished look.
- Offices, restaurants and hospitality interiors
- Multi-unit residential and common areas
- Purchase orders and vendor setup

Commercial work
Built for the space it’s in
A large sheer installation for a professional firm. Mechanical blinds for a restaurant interior. Projects where the specification came first and the treatment was made to meet it.
